In 1982, Goldkenn made a splash with the launch of its iconic Goldbar, a detailed replica of a 12.5 kg gold bullion filled with irresistible Swiss chocolate pralines.
Quickly adopted by travellers worldwide and becoming a staple in Duty-Free shops and international airports, the Goldbar established itself as a true gourmet treasure. Recognized for its innovative packaging and strict selection of ingredients, the brand went on to win numerous awards around the globe.

Eager to set itself apart from traditional chocolates, Goldkenn innovated once again in 1985 by creating its very first liqueur chocolate bar in partnership with the prestigious house of Rémy Martin®.
This pioneering creation marked the beginning of the LIQUEUR COLLECTION. Since then, Goldkenn has collaborated with the world’s most renowned distilleries and spirits houses to deliver a sumptuous blend of extra-fine Swiss chocolate and exceptional liqueurs.
In 2010, Choco-Diffusion, a long-standing partner, acquired Goldkenn and relocated the brand to Le Locle in 2011.
